The ACG facebook page was made!
Sometime in late Jan or Early Feb, the first set: Rise of Heroes appeared in stores!
These were not the first cards though :)
For those who had been buying the toys, they could play this game since a few months back if they seriously had collected 30 promos. 10 promos from the Morpher was a good portion of having a deck but were the rules to the game even revealed yet lol.
Set 1 rulebook mentioned Scroll and Dual symbols but no cards from this set had those. The morpher promos did.
To play Villain cards, you had to have exactly 3 copies of of all 10 villains in this set or else you couldn't play them. LOL. There was the ultra rare Promo Zedd but at 1 ultra rare per figures box and 5 different Ultra Rares to find, he was tough to get.
Samurai cards dominated many games and Shark Mode was nearly impossible to beat.
Other decks of this time were RPM, Villains, forever red, and Mighty Morphin.
March 28.
Series 2 came out in April but somehow people had them in late March.
This set did not have a starter deck released with it and also there were 2 more Ultra Rares then the previous set.

Support cards finally were available.
Mystic Force, SPD, and RPM recieved a lot of support in this set.

With that Putty card. Next day it was revealed to really be an upcoming promo but its 2014 now and we still never got it.

A new trend was made where PR actors would take pictures with their cards. People were also getting their cards autographed.

many people upset that Megazords were kind of useless now.
For a long time, fans wanted a place to talk about the cards and deck strategies. Bandai ACG finally came through and made the Deck Doctor and deck spotlights blog section. Check out the first article about Mystic Force cards. That Gigazord was really popular after this article was posted. First net deck? lol

Popular decks of this time were the above mentioned "Gigaforce", forever red, super samurai, villains, getting cheap wins with Gosei and lightspeed, RPM because they got Zords in this set, and Lightspeed using their effect on Mighty Morphin in the Training Area to take no damage.

The seller couldn't take criticism or being called a scammer or other things, he went nuts in our group insulting people and his cards thankfully were never to be seen again.
In the last days of May the 3rd set, Universe of Hope was announced.
A fierce battle went on with voting on which set 3 team would be shown first.
Time Force started off strong but Zeo sure caught up. Finally Zeo lost and the Red Time Force Ranger was later shown.
San Diego Comic Con... I mean June. Oh boy... where to start.
Universe of Hope previews started popping up on other sites that are not the official Bandai pages.
People started crying over previews and others thought the preview pictures belonged to them, got mad when others used 'their' photos and a bunch of ugly previews appeared with website logos on them. Not necessarily in this month, but the previews in set 4 had some dumb fights.
Megaforce 3DS game is revealed and took like half a year after that to finally come out.
SDCC didn't happen yet but the 7 promo cards were shown. A lot of crying going on that only California could get these cards.
From SDCC, the first card to have win condition effect and the only one to have one so far.
a funny little thing that happened this month too is the "boss" joined the group and we didn't notice until 2 weeks later that he was in there when I checked the members list.
JULY
Now SDCC really happened.
A gold morpher was sold with 10 new all foil cards, not the same ones from the regular morpher.
only 100 of them are out there :/ thanks a lot, we wont get promo #1 now.
Oh yes promo #1. That thing was changed from Phoenix Zord shown on the ACG website to some Gosei Megazord. Actually all the cards in this morpher messed with the promos list, taking the numbers of past promo cards shown that were never released.
All cards from the gold morpher were later reprinted in non foil.
Scalpers were asking $50+ for promo cards they got for free at the SDCC booths.
You could get 10 or more copies of each card for free daily but these scalpers thought bandai was handing them $50 bills lol.
A rumor also started that the Red Mighty Morphin card was rarer then the other cards but because people were just too dumb to know they had to pick up that card outside from people handing them out. No one bothered to read the details of where to find that card, posted all over the ACG pages. lol
SDCC had a huge WALL of cards and a bunch of the Rangers posed for photos with their cards.
Some shelves of new Megaforce toys and some did have sneak peeks of new promo cards.
oh and some thing called.. Universe of Hope was finally released.
Villains finally got cards they could play in the Extra Summon Step, Lord Zedd and the Dino Stegazord card.
Team cards made their debut and they were almost every super rare in the set and Ultra Rare.
The game evolved so much in this set, so many cards with the [HAND] timing changed everything for the better.
New 'hybrid' cards could be played in both a Villain deck and a non Ranger deck.
They are not only Villain/Ranger but we also got a Villain/Zord!
4 new special effects are printed in the rule book, with the old ones nowhere to be seen on the book! what happened?! Turns out now before you start a game, you have to declare if you're using set 1 special effects or the new ones from set 3. Collect both rule books then.
Mystery Box HMMMM what was the Mystery Box?
Fans choose to get the Mystery Box instead of a regular preview, here's what we got.
These appeared later in Target and rumors came around that one of the cards was rarer then the other. Scammers on ebay started charging like $15 for one of these cards, without the 3 booster packs they came with, when you could just buy the 3 packs and get the promo for $10 at Target.
August.
The 3DS promo card is shown.
Bandai still won't talk about promo cards in their new comercials.
Series 3 Mini Figures are shown on the facebook page but they still haven't come out.
ISA grading company gives us some prizes for our TCO tournament using set 3 cards only.

Previews for Legends Unite are shown.
New Enhance and Unite symbols are added to the game.
Some gogomegaforce website appears. You can 'scan' your cards on there but not really, you just enter their card numbers, and the website gives you coupons to print out.
Many people got lucky and fooled store employees into taking $5 off their booster packs, making them free.

This party only had 2 promos though, these cards aren't talked about much these days.
Bandai is working on a Digimon Fusion CCG? WHAT
Is bandai gonna let the ACG rot because they have a new game, like what they did to Naruto when ACG came out?
Some questions were answered on here and in the group.
Digimon is very similar to ACG, they are using our Training Area and other things.
Spooky halloween preview is the Psycho Rangers team card. Fans asked about the psychos since the game came out.
Still even more scary is ACG decks and packs were disappearing from stores.
28th. Titanium Day.
Rhett Fisher allowed Ranger fans to chat him for a while and the Titanium Ranger card was shown this day. Also another highly requested card by fans.

Happy Thanksgiving, the last episode of Power Rangers Megaforce aired this month but the ACG will still live on!
Legends Unite is released this month and people started making up a new rarity for the cards called 'impossible rares'. Word spread and then scammers appeared again selling these cards for big bucks.
The Megaforce 3DS game came out and it was a terrible game, people were buying it to get the card.
December
Set 5 is announced, still no name to go with it. It is said to be a reprint set and have all 180 morpher sounds in this set.
Set 6 is announced wtf really.
Bandai CG is playing games teasing the name of the 6th set as having the initials KOP and saying super megaforce will not appear in set 5, it will appear in set 6.
Digimon Fusion CCG gets organized play and organized play promos already. Us ACG fans get nothing for being loyal fans for over a year. Things are starting to go downhill here but we will stick together and see what happens when Digimon finally comes out.
All us ACG fans get for Christmas is an extra big helping of disappointment as the big announcement won't even show us a proper card, we get Europe cards to look at. Merry Christmas *slap to the face*
The card scanner app can now scan ranger keys. Ok? not card related but good for those ranger key people.
RC reveals his awesome new program of being able to create your own fan made cards just like other games have card making programs.
The ACG facebook page keeps posting new Mighty Morphin promos and won't say where to get them.
Super Megaforce toys come out and sadly one of them is the Armored Green Mighty Morphin Ranger which was suppose to be the product where you could get the green MMPR promo card like the ACG page said it would come with but it was scrapped. What will become of the missing promos now.

OK I missed some stuff and got lazy to post pictures on other parts.
Online ways to play.
In the group, we were doing chat battles, just typing out whatever cards we played. Some did skype and other webcams.
Lackey CCG had the game finally but it wasn't too popular.
TCO came out and it had its moments. Now a days its not talked about too much.
We had 2 tournaments in the group.
Lets not forget the amazing turn out at Rangerstop convention
Twitter, you've been good to me too. I only joined it cause there are so many ACG fans on there and there was so many great news being posted on there that wasn't hitting facebook.
Through out the year, UK players and players from other parts of the world had it worse trying to play this game. Bandai wouldn't give UK some real cards and was giving them some horrible cards with no effects and not even names on the characters. To get the real cards, UK players had to play a lot of money getting them from the USA or buying a bunch of toys and getting the promo cards. But even then, the UK didn't get all the same toys the USA had.
ACG is such a crazy game, crazy fans XD 2013 was really fun.
